 Payment Policy for Prosperity Health London

​

1. After setting a date for an individual session, the client is required to pay the full amount for the session within 2 days from the date of setting the session date.

2. An individual session can be cancelled no later than 3 days before the scheduled session date.

3. PAYMENT IS NOT REFUNDED IF: THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT APPEAR AT THE SESSION.

In the event of session cancellation by the client within 3 days before the scheduled date, the payment remains on the client’s account as credit for a future session.

4. Participants pay for training, courses, and workshops in advance, no later than 5 days before the agreed date.

5. In the event of the client’s absence at the session without prior notification, and then expressing a desire to schedule a new date, the client is required to pay the full fee for the next session in advance.

6. In the event of cancellation of a training, course, or workshop by the organizer for reasons beyond their control, the client is entitled to a full refund of the paid amount or rescheduling to another date.

7. The organizer reserves the right to change the session date in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, but undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible and agree on a new session date.
