 ONE BRAIN KINESIOLOGY

ONE BRAIN KINESIOLOGY ORIGINS

The One Brain Kinesiology method was developed by American physician Dr. George J. Goodhart, building upon the research and work of John Thie, the founder of Touch for Health.

Goodhart observed that many health and emotional issues stem from inconsistencies between the brain and the body.

In 1980, Goodhart developed the One Brain method, which integrates techniques from kinesiology, functional neurology, and other fields to restore harmony between the brain and the body.

One Brain is a therapeutic method that utilizes muscle testing, kinesiology techniques, and the principle of functional brain balance. By working with the body and mind, the One Brain method enables the identification and elimination of blockages contributing to health and emotional issues.

Through balancing energy and information in the body, One Brain helps restore the natural ability for self-regulation and health.
