1. All healing sessions, workshops, trainings and classes must be prepaid at the time of booking.
2. Once payment has been made, no refunds are possible.
3. It is possible to reschedule a paid session, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date. A session can be rescheduled a maximum of two times within a 12-month period.
4. If a client fails to show up for a session or fails to notify the client at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date, the full fee will be withheld. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we ask for your understanding and punctuality so that we can best accommodate your needs.
5. In the event of a client experiencing technical difficulties during an online session, please ensure your internet connection and equipment are working properly in advance. In the event of technical difficulties, the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
6. The client confirms that he/she has read the above payment terms when booking a session.
