What to expect in a movement meditation session
Every gathering starts with gentle breathwork, progressing into dance led by your own rhythm and needs. Through music, movement and non-judgemental support, you are invited to express and explore whatever arises. Prompts highlight body sensations and emotional patterns to support self-understanding.
No experience is necessary, and sessions accommodate all levels. Our smaller groups enable personalised attention so you can feel supported throughout. Alongside this, we also specialise in spiritual reconstruction and business energy realignment, offering a holistic approach to both personal and professional transformation.
