Reconnect with your body, emotions and inner power through movement. Somatic Dance Therapy is a trauma-informed, body-based approach blending contemporary dance, breathwork, and emotional release. 📍 Location: West London – Hanwell, Ealing (W7) 🌳 Summer Option: Outdoor sessions in local parks (Elthorne, Walpole) 🧘♀️ Helps with: stress, anxiety, trauma, emotional blocks, burnout 🎶 No dance experience needed – just a willingness to feel and move. Session Options: • 60 min – £130 • 90 min – £180 • Intro Session (new clients) – £45 (60 min) • Outdoor sessions (weather-permitting) – discounted rates available
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Discover Harmony Package of Reiki Healing: Cancellation: • Once payment is made, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Free Trial: • We do not offer a free trial for the Discover Harmony Package of Reiki Healing. Renewal: • The Discover Harmony Package can be renewed upon completion of the initial three sessions. • Renewal options will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and the practitioner. Refunds: • No refunds will be issued once payment has been made for the Discover Harmony Package. • Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the practitioner.
