Weekly JoDance Meditation Class

Join JoDanceMeditation – a space where everyone is a dancer, moving intuitively to the music. Focus on yourself, your breath, and your body in a safe, supportive environment.

 

Class structure: 

  • Warm-up – self-guided, focusing on your body and breath

  • Improvised Dance – 1.5 hours of free, intuitive movement

  • Relax – gentle cool-down and integration​
