Movement Alchemy
Body Awareness sessions are deeply conscious, body-based work that supports the regulation of the nervous system, the release of emotional tension, and the reconnection with the body's natural intelligence.
My work combines:

over 30 years of experience in dance
-
16 years of work as a contemporary dance teacher

education of a health and prevention educator
-
academic preparation in the therapeutic aspect of dance and movement
This isn't a movement class or choreography. It's therapeutic, conscious, and safe bodywork, conducted with mindfulness, experience, and a deep understanding of the body-mind connection.
What does a session look like?
Each session is individual and tailored to your current physical, emotional and energetic state.
Work may include:

conscious work with breathing

meditative movement and embodied presence

bioenergetic body awareness

gentle release of chronic tensions

diagnosis of the body and emotional and energetic blockages
Through careful observation and dialogue with the body, we reach places where stress, emotions or old experiences are trapped – often beyond the mind's awareness.
Body Diagnosis and Blockages
As a health educator and movement therapist, I work with
body reading and diagnosis, paying attention to,
among other things:

posture and movement patterns

breath quality
-
areas of chronic tension or collapse

records of stress and trauma in the body
-
emotional and energetic blockages
The body always communicates the truth.
We work with him with respect, without pressure
and without forcing.
