Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY – Spiritual Mentoring & Energetic Business Restructuring™ 1) Booking & advance payment - All sessions and packages require advance payment to confirm the booking. - 3–12 month packages: pay in full upfront or 2 instalments: 50% at booking (non‑refundable) + 50% before the first session within the package. - Prices are in GBP. 2) Non‑refundable booking fee (deposit) - Any amount paid at booking (including the 50% instalment) is non‑refundable as it secures time, preparation, and schedule allocation. - Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in services being paused/cancelled; the deposit remains due. 3) Package start & validity - Packages do not have a fixed start date. The start date is the purchase date or the date of the first scheduled session (whichever comes first). - Packages are valid for 12 months from the start date unless stated otherwise in the package description. 4) Rescheduling, cancellations & no‑shows - You may reschedule once free of charge if you notify at least 24 hours before the session. - Changes/cancellations within 24 hours: a 50% session fee applies (or 50% of the session credit within a package). - No‑show (no attendance and no notice) = session is considered delivered (100%). - Client lateness does not extend the session. 5) Refunds & early termination - Single sessions: no refunds; if notice is given 24h+ in advance, rescheduling is possible per section 4. - Packages: once the package has started, no refunds are issued. Where feasible, an alternative time/format may be offered within the package. 6) Package freeze (exceptional circumstances) - In exceptional cases (e.g., documented illness, hospitalisation, bereavement), the package may be frozen for up to 30 days in total. - Approval and post‑freeze scheduling are subject to availability. 7) Late payments - Late payments may result in services being paused until the balance is settled. - A late fee/interest of up to 5% per month may be charged on the outstanding amount. 8) Non‑transferability - Packages are personal and non‑transferable. 9) Invoicing / VAT - Invoices are issued upon receipt of payment. - VAT is handled in line with UK rules and place‑of‑supply requirements. 10) Governing law (UK) - Unless mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence require otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
