BOOKING POLICY – Sesje 1:1 Uzdrawiania & Terapii Duchowej 1) Rezerwacja i płatność - Rezerwacja jest potwierdzona dopiero po opłaceniu sesji z góry. - Ceny są w GBP. 2) Bezzwrotność płatności - Płatność za sesję jest bezzwrotna, ponieważ rezerwuje czas w grafiku oraz obejmuje przygotowanie do pracy 1:1. 3) Zmiana terminu (reschedule), anulowanie i no‑show - Sesję można przełożyć 1 raz bezpłatnie, jeśli zgłoszenie nastąpi min. 24 godziny przed terminem. - Zmiany/anulowanie później niż 24h: naliczana jest opłata 50% wartości sesji. - No‑show (brak obecności bez informacji) = sesja uznana za zrealizowaną (100%). - Spóźnienie klienta nie wydłuża sesji. 4) Opóźnienia w płatnościach - Brak płatności = brak potwierdzenia rezerwacji. - W przypadku zaległości mogą zostać naliczone opłaty/odsetki za zwłokę do 5% miesięcznie od kwoty zaległej. 5) Wyjątkowe sytuacje - W wyjątkowych przypadkach (np. udokumentowana choroba, hospitalizacja, śmierć osoby bliskiej) mogę zaproponować jednorazowe przełożenie na najbliższy dostępny termin. 6) Faktury / VAT - Faktury wystawiane są po otrzymaniu płatności. - VAT: zgodnie z obowiązującymi zasadami dla mojej działalności w UK i miejsca świadczenia usług. 7) Prawo właściwe (UK) - O ile bezwzględnie obowiązujące przepisy kraju konsumenta nie stanowią inaczej, warunki podlegają prawu Anglii i Walii.
