About Event
Course To breathe life is a creative combination of learning to breathe and working with the body.
I have been teaching Reiki healing courses for 23 years, I have also been working with the body for 29 years
I teach, among others: Reiki, meditation, working with body awareness, meditative and therapeutic dance, I conduct individual sessions that change private and professional life.
I deeply believe that we were created to live in lightness, joy in harmony with our own potential of the soul. We must choose another lighter path, starting to consciously work on our limitations and change the consciousness of life, to create in harmony and joy. Breathing and working with the body is a very scooter way to change life and the environment.

The idea of the training was born from my inner need to support people in finding their own spiritual practice. The quality of life is completely different after regular use.
For many years, I regularly practice kriya yoga, 5 Tibetan rituals, dance, yoga and I know how much the practice has changed my life.
This workshop is for you if you want:
- hear the silence in the mind
- feel the relaxation in the body
- activate high energy level
- rejuvenate body
- release blocked life energy
- activate the joy of life
- activate inner strength
- get back together
The breath is a simple tool that very quickly reduces stress and increases the life energy of chi (ki) in the body, as a result of which we strengthen our agency in life. We start to trust ourselves more, trust our intuition, our heart. The mind, which is not a good advisor, recedes into the background, which makes us make the best choices in private and professional life. Our relationship with ourselves flourishes and the quality of life changes.
There are many breathing techniques. We will work with only a few on the course.
The complement will be body work with 5 Tibetan rituals and elements of yoga that will nourish your physical body.
